Who is this visit type for?

If you're having ANY of the following:

• Leg symptoms: aching, pain, fatigue, heaviness

• Leg symptoms: itching, restlessness, swelling

• Dark skin discoloration (above the ankle)

• Leg wound (leg ulcer)

• Bleeding from a varicose vein

Appointment length?

90 mins

Insurance covered?

Yes, in nearly all situations.

A copay or deductible may be applied.

OPTION 2:

COSMETIC CONSULTATION:

What do you get?

• Visual evaluation of your leg veins

• Discuss aesthetic options with a medical provider

Who is this visit type for?

• If your concerns are primarily (or purely) cosmetic

What don't you get?

• No ultrasound evaluation (ultrasound is generally not necessary for people without symptoms)

Appointment length?

10–15 minutes

Insurance covered?

$50 fee - Not covered by insurance 

OPTION 3:

COSMETIC CONSULTATION

(WITH SAME-DAY TREATMENT):

What do you get?

• Visual evaluation of your leg veins

• Discuss aesthetic options with a medical provider

• Your first cosmetic treatment!

Who is this visit type for?

•If your concerns are primarily (or purely) cosmetic

•If you prefer to get your first treatment on the same day as the preliminary cosmetic consultation

What don't you get?

• No ultrasound evaluation (ultrasound is generally not necessary for people without symptoms)

Appointment length?

Total appointment 60-75 mins

30 min treatment time

Insurance covered?

Not covered by insurance.

Payment is due day of service.
