New Patients
When should I arrive?
To expedite your visit, we recommend filling out your New Patient forms before you arrive.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment if your paperwork is complete. If your paperwork is not complete, we ask you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
You’ll need to bring:
- your photo ID
- your insurance card
- Medical History/ Medication if necessary.
- any financial obligation is due at time of service.
What should I expect at my appointment?
Once you’ve checked in, someone from our clinical team will greet you and guide you to your exam room.
At this time, we’ll…
- ask you to change into exam shorts
- take photos of your legs
- take your vitals
- verify your medical history
One of our experienced sonographers will then perform an ultrasound evaluation of your leg veins. This is a painless test that typically takes about 45–60 minutes.
During your new-patient visit, one of our providers will review your medical history, examine your legs, and review the ultrasound findings with you.
We’ll provide you with some options and recommendations for treatment.
What about my insurance?
