I have had 6 vein treatments in my legs with 2 more scheduled. I have met many staff members, from the front office to the ultrasound team, to the prep crew. They are conscientious, friendly, and genuinely caring. Dr. Ford is a man of few words but is highly skilled and precise. Just what you want for a vein surgeon! Thank you team!

This was my first time here and first time even having anything done about my veins! The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and very efficient in checking me in quickly (since I was a bit late)! The nurses that did my initial diagnosis were the best! They were very thoughtful in explaining every thing from the medical questionnaire, to the reasoning behind why they were examining a specific area of my body. Also made me feel very comfortable with doing the awkward ultrasound! She was amazing and I really felt like she was trying her best to locate ANY ISSUES I could be having now or in the future. I really appreciated having her help me!
Dr. Ford was also extremely helpful and explanatory as to what my next steps would be, and implied absolutely no pressure to have said procedures done.
I highly recommend this particular location of Vascular Solutions and will be returning to do one of the recommended procedures!

Dr. Peter Ford’s surgical results (if you follow his protocol and recommendations) are stellar! Each of his staff members are patient, kind, and informative. They all speak incredibly highly of him and enjoy working for him. I was always put at ease during procedures by Dr. Ford, which made the inevitable discomfort easier to manage.
Overall, I have received excellent care and would recommend Dr.Ford and his practice to all my family and friends. Six stars!

Vascular Solutions is the best place for varicose vein procedures. Before coming to their clinic I was in other places and none have been like them. They have an excellent team that is very kind to their patients. The place is extremely clean and they take the time to prepare the patient with extreme care, always thinking about the health and well-being of the patient. The service is quality.
Dr. Peter Ford is an excellent professional. I recommend him if you have any problems with poor circulation in your legs.

Office administration is extremely and consistently efficient!/helpful. Dr. Ford and his associates are very skilled in their delivery of the patient’s care. Where do I begin? With world-class procedures, exceptional staff, top-notch ultrasound, effective communication, and seamless appointment booking???
When you face with an issue, just close your eyes and trust Dr. Peter Ford—no questions needed. He will guide you through every step, from start to recovery. I’m truly amazed at how well they’ve designed the entire process. I’ve asked countless questions, and everyone has patiently answered me time and again.
Dr. Peter Ford is an outstanding, world-class surgeon. He knows exactly what he’s doing, and everything he explained from the beginning translated perfectly during the procedure and continued through recovery.
I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Peter Ford’s team. This has been one of the best experiences of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team. I feel truly blessed to have come here. Many thanks to everyone!
Lastly, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ana. When I experienced discomfort, she quickly addressed my concerns and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. I asked all my questions, no matter how trivial, and she made sure every one of them was answered.

Vascular Solutions provided me with an assessment of my issues and they were able to schedule treatment around my work schedule. The results are always fantastic!!! Would highly recommend!!! They are the best!!!!

I HAD NO FEELING IN MY FEET AND THE PAIN WAS TERRIBLE AND NEEDLES IN THEM. AFTER HE DONE HIS PROCEDERS I HAVE MY FEELING BACK IN MY FEET AND NO PAIN. HE IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. NOTE: THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 7 YEARS. THANK YOU JESUS AND DR. FORD.

5 Stars for Dr. Ford and his entire office staff. Kristin Hartman, Dr. Ford's PA, Alicia the ultrasound Tech, Anastasiya, Eleni, Emma and Taylor in his surgical suites and Kristen, front desk, were always so professional and caring to my healthcare needs. As a practicing Dental Hygienist for 51 years, (now retired) in the Matthews area, I appreciated the sterility of the surgical suites and the caring concerns the providers listed above gave to me. Much appreciated. Dr. Ford is professional and I felt I had A+ care in his office. Thank you Dr. Ford. Yes, I have recommended my friends to your practice! Susan Shepherd.

If I could give Dr. Peter Ford and his entire staff 10 Stars, I would. Genuine care and concern - they are so nice and pleasent always. Greet you with smiles.
My procedure that was done on my right leg was excellent. The pain that I felt prior to my procedure made me unable to sleep on my right side, the pain was worse than a toothache. After my procedure a few days later now I'm sleeping on my right side.

The staff, Kristin and Dr. Ford are a high performing team who were efficient, effective in communication about all aspects of care and billing, and they delivered amazing results. I didn't realize how achy my legs were until they no longer ache at the end of each day. Looking forward to wearing dresses again. Their work was truly remarkable and I would recommend them to friends and family.
